'We Will Find You': 5 Handguns, Loaded Mag, Drugs Seized In Annapolis Shootings

Five handguns, a loaded magazine and drugs were seized in a pair of Annapolis shootings that resulted in four arrests, authorities said.

Nelson Pston, 19, was arrested several vehicles were damaged by gunfire on the 700 block of Newtowne Drive around 12:25 p.m. on Feb. 17, city police said.

He was arrested on assault and weapons-related offenses, authorities said. He was being held without bond at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center.

Then, on Feb. 22, police found three people at the scene of a 1 p.m. shooting on Bens Drive, where several cars and a building were damaged, authorities said.

Those individuals were found in the parking lot of the unit block of Marcs Court and held on scene. Those individuals were:

  • Damisi Jones, 20, of Severn was charged with 11 criminal charges related to the crime including multiple handgun violations and felony CDS.
  • Towan Harris-Wilson, 28, of Annapolis was charged with 16 criminal charges related the crime including multiple handgun violations and first degree assault.
  • Charles Boyd, III, 18, of Annapolis was charged with seven handgun related charges.

All three individuals were being held without bond at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center. A total of five handguns, a loaded firearm magazine, marijuana and other drugs were recovered from the vehicles and the suspects, police said.

“We will find you and arrest you if you commit violent crimes in Annapolis,” Annapolis Police Chief Jackson said. “This is a fine example of excellent police work and I thank my officers for their hard and diligent work."
